A new woman joins the group and tries to find her place while everybody else prepares to set sail for Mexico.

The safety of Tandy and the group is in jeopardy as armed intruders storm the Malibu beach near their home, and no one can agree on what to do. While Melissa takes drastic action, Tandy gets a new lesson in fashion.

1 - Is There Anybody Out There?

Phil and Carol leave on their road trip across the United States, but Carol quickly regrets her decision to leave.

1 - Alive in Tucson

He has traveled to every city, every town and every outpost in the United States, Mexico and Canada, and has found no one. As he returns to his hometown of Tucson, Phil comes to the realization that he is almost certainly the last living being on the face of the earth.

2 - Stocko Syndrome

Tandy devises an escape plan to get away from Pamela and back to Carol and the others. Meanwhile, the rest of the gang encounters a castaway, Glenn, who has been stranded on an island for years.

2 - The Wild Guess Express

When Todd suffers from major remorse over recent actions, Tandy tries to lift his best friends spirits – even if it requires a few white lies.

2 - The Boo

Phil searches desperately for Carol after theyre separated without phones or walkie-talkies.

2 - The Elephant in the Room

Phil finds out hes not the last person left on Earth, but things arent as wonderful as he would have hoped.

3 - Skeleton Crew

Pamela tries desperately to redeem herself with everyone, as the gang finally reaches Mexico. Meanwhile, Todd is disappointed that Zihuatanejo is not the paradise of which hed dreamed.

3 - You're All Going to Diet

Tandy sets up a unique alarm system in the house, but Melissa has already put her own safety precautions in place. The whole group decides to enjoy a change in scenery.

3 - Dead Man Walking

Carol takes a page out of Phils book when she tells a lie from which it is difficult for her to recover.

3 - Raisin Balls and Wedding Bells

Phils prayers have been answered—sort of—now that he has found the last woman on earth, Carol. He finds himself back among human existence, and somehow engaged to be married.

4 - C To The T

Phil/Tandy finds redemption when he saves the day.

4 - Wisconsin

Carol panics when Todd and Melissa leave for their honeymoon, and Erica and Gail decide to live on their own for a while.

4 - Five Hoda Kotbs

The groups road trip is marred by internal squabbles, but Gail might be the first to lose control.

4 - Sweet Melissa

Phil and Carol are shocked to find Melissa, another survivor, just after Phil reluctantly agreed to marry Carol. Phil finds himself in a pickle and has to work fast in order to save human existence.

5 - Crickets

The population may be small, but its still big enough for big, dark secrets.

5 - La Abuela

The gang moves into an old mansion; Carol forces Tandy to put down his new toys so they can baby-proof the giant estate; Melissa worries about Todds health; Gail and Erica cant figure out why Dawn wont stop crying.

5 - The Power of Power

The search for a new home isnt easy for the group, especially when someone may be deliberately trying to stop them. Meanwhile, the love triangle between Todd, Gail and Melissa starts losing steam.

5 - Dunk the Skunk

Re-population is the talk of Tucson as Phil navigates the choppy waters between Carol and Melissa.

6 - A Real Live Wire

Tandy and Todd attempt to solve an end-of-the-world power problem.

6 - Double Cheeseburger

Carols pregnancy takes an unexpected turn; Gail is concerned about Tandy as a father; Melissa discourages Todds baby fever.

6 - The Open-Ended Nature of Unwitnessed Deaths

Tandy wants to learn about Lewis past, while Carol asks Gail a favor and Todd helps Melissa deal with her mental state.

6 - Some Friggin' Fat Dude

Phil Miller continues to live in Tucson.

7 - Baby Steps

Re-population becomes a hot topic with the Malibu survivors.

7 - Gender Friender

Tandy tries to convince everyone hes a feminist.

7 - Mama's Hideaway

Carol will stop at nothing to get the perfect family photo. In the meantime, Melissa has her own mission, Lewis looks for a new hobby and Gail ends up in a scary situation.

7 - She Drives Me Crazy

The knowledge that Todd and Melissa are having sex drives Phil to manic despair, so Phil arranges a community meeting to discuss grievances. However, his plans go awry when everyone instead agrees that he should clean out the pool he has been using as a toilet. The next day, Phil schemes to leave Todd in the desert to die, but his conscience prevents him from doing so. Todd expresses gratitude to Phil for helping him find his way to Tucson, which motivates Phil to finally clean out his toilet pool and bring an outhouse into his home, much to Carols delight.

8 - No Bull

Phil 2 finds himself on Tandys level when he causes problems with the group.

8 - Not Appropriate For Miners

Todd asks Tandy for parenting advice when he notices that Jasper is acting more reckless than usual. Meanwhile, Carol and Erica realize that Jasper may be the only potential suitor for their babies and begin vying for his attention.

8 - Whitney Houston, We Have a Problem

The group sets off to find Melissa when they find a note she left saying Goodbye. In the meantime, Gail has her own adventure.

8 - Mooovin' In

Phil becomes annoyed at all the attention Todd is receiving and schemes to bring the attention back to himself when he finds a stray cow. To do so, he pretends to steal the cow, but when he really does lose it, Todd eventually finds it and allows Phil to take the credit. That night, the group discovers that the cow has apparently wandered up the stairs of Carols house and is now stranded, causing Carol to officially move in with Phil. In a brief flashback, Carol is seen purposely bringing the cow upstairs.

9 - Secret Santa

Along with most human life, the virus wiped out normal traditions and holidays. As Christmas approaches, Carol spearheads a “Secret Santa” gift exchange to spread some festive cheer.

9 - Karl

Tandy and Todd stumble upon a new survivor, Karl, who has been trapped in a high-security prison in Mexico ever since the virus hit.

9 - If You're Happy and You Know It

Carol is feeling depressed about Gails absence so Tandy takes her on the honeymoon vacation they never had.

9 - The Do-Over

The cul de sac decides to have a re-election for the President of the United States.

10 - Silent Night

A medical condition and a marriage proposal leave the group in turmoil.

10 - Paint Misbehavin'

Tandy and Todd introduce newcomer Karl to the rest of the gang. Meanwhile, the group searches for Jasper, who has gone missing.

10 - Got Milk?

The first moments of the deadly virus outbreak are revealed through a special lens.

10 - Pranks for Nothin'

Everyone is mad at Phil for lying as they refuse to speak to Phil, and he is shunned. Carol also holds a grudge against Erica and Gail. Phil confronts the group and tells the truth about various issues, including the fact that he never wanted to marry Carol. Carol, who is a notary, divorces Phil, then forgives him and invites him back to the cul-de-sac.

11 - Hamilton/Berg

After the graveyard incident, Tandy and Todd try to convince the rest of the gang that something is majorly wrong with Karl and something needs to be done. Meanwhile, Jasper is still missing.

11 - The Spirit of St. Lewis

After being locked up for her own safety, Melissa plays hurtful mind games with the group. Meanwhile, Todd and the group explore medications that might help her, and Lewis goes on a new solo adventure.

11 - Pitch Black

Mike Millers space capsule careening through the sky toward Earth, finally putting him on the same planet as his big brother, Phil. Mike thinks he is the last man on earth, but who knows what or whom he might encounter.

11 - Moved to Tampa

Phil Miller continues his life.

12 - Señor Clean

Tandy tries being a helpful, responsible adult in order to finally win Gails praise. Meanwhile, Todd is furious with Melissa for keeping him away from Jasper.

12 - Hair of the Dog

Todd and Tandy dig deep into Melissas pre-virus past, as they search for answers about her illness, and Carol adopts a new outlook on life.

12 - Valhalla

The gang look for closure following a tragic event. Melissa and Todd attempt to deal with the consequences of her surprise proposal.

12 - The Tandyman Can

The cul de sac decides to have a re-election for the President of the United States.

13 - Release the Hounds

Todd sinks into a deep depression, leaving the rest of the gang to console him. Meanwhile, Tandy and Carol cant keep their hands off each other.

13 - Find This Thing We Need To

Carol enlists Tandy and Erica to help find answers when she makes a shocking discovery. In the meantime, Todd has a breakthrough with Melissa.

13 - Fish in the Dish

Carol is back on the campaign for repopulation with Phil, and Todds juggling act finally puts him over the edge.

Phil and Carol reconcile their differences.

14 - Special Delivery

While Todd butts heads with Erica, Melissa is determined to form a strong female friendship with her. Meanwhile, Carol grows suspicious that a new stranger could be living nearby.

The gang throws a huge celebration canvassing every major holiday, but Tandy and Todds bro-mance hits a rough patch that threatens to end the fun.

15 - Fourth Finger

With little else to do, Tandy starts a prank war within the group. Meanwhile Todd establishes his dominance.

16 - The Blob

A thermal heat detector reveals a potential sign of life outside of the Zihuatanejo village, but Tandy doesnt want the group to split up to go investigate. Meanwhile, Todd and Erica have trouble seeing eye-to-eye.

16 - The Big Day

Tandy and Gail face off in a major disagreement, on which the whole group must weigh in, and Carol is forced to choose a side. Meanwhile, Melissa, Todd and Erica each have major milestone moments.

16 - Falling Slowly

Todd considers doing a favor for Tandy and Carol. Gails drinking becomes an issue.

17 - Barbara Ann

The gang ventures out in search of what they think could be a new sign of life, but are surprised at what they actually find. Meanwhile, Todd makes a few morbid discoveries of his own back at the mansion.

17 - When The Going Gets Tough

The long term consequences of surviving an apocalypse start to have a major impact on the group, whose daily life is upended.

17 - Smart And Stupid

As Tandy gets used to having his brother back on Earth, Todd begins feeling left out; Mike discovers more about Erica than the group has ever known.

18 - Cancun, Baby!

The gang decides to leave the mansion in Zihuatenajo and find a new place to live, but Tandy has second thoughts.

18 - Nature's Horchata

A new problem arises for our survivors and they decide to take to the sea, when a couple of unexpected guests crash the party.

18 - 30 Years of Science Down the Tubes

Phil and Mike grow closer than ever and the whole Malibu group gets a big friggin surprise.
