1 - Take Two

Pete and Violet prepare for their wedding day; things take a surprising turn with Addison and Sam; despite disagreements, the doctors come together to mourn the loss of Dell.

1 - A Death in the Family

When Pete discovers Violet clinging to live following a violent attack from a patient, he rushes her to the hospital where Addison and Naomi work together to save her life. Meanwhile, the location of Violets baby are still unknown.

1 - A Family Thing

At Oceanside Wellness, friendships are tested and secrets revealed when Addison discovers that Naomi is concealing the practices financial problems. Meanwhile, Violet wonders what secret Cooper is keeping from her, while Cooper himself has to decide whether or not to reveal a medical secret to a patient. Dell quits his job at Oceanside Wellness Group.

1 - In Which We Meet Addison, a Nice Girl From Somewhere Else

Addison resigns from Seattle Grace, and heads to the Oceanside Wellness Group in LA where she was offered a job. Although, it seems that Naomi didnt consult the other doctors when hiring her. A father is frustrated with his daughter when she hides the fact that shes pregnant. When complications arise, Addison, Pete and Dell work together to make sure that the baby and the mother survive, as pain-free as possible. Jenny, a woman who has been seeing Violet, starts counting the tiles at a department store. To investigate what triggered it, Cooper and Paul, a shop assistant, assist Violet. Meanwhile, when a man dies of a stroke, Naomi, Sam and Charlotte argue over who should get his sperm - his wife or his mistress.

2 - Short Cuts

Violet and Cooper make amendments to their friendship in order to please their significant others; Pete and Cooper get in an argument involving marijuana use by a patient (guest starring Justine Bateman as Sydney); Addison is conflicted about going public with her new romance, and Sheldons decision to deny approval for a patients sex change backfires.

2 - The Way We Were

Violet is physically recovering from her violent attack at home, but the emotional trauma she suffers from isnt going away, despite the best efforts of Pete and her other friends to help. Meanwhile, Addison and Naomi try to mend their tension-filled relationship, as Sam and Cooper treat a father, who has allegedly attacked his family, after he is stabbed by his wife.

2 - Equal and Opposite

Addison and Sam form a hostile takeover in order to bring the practice out of bankruptcy, as all of the doctors look for additional clients and new income streams, while Violets friendship with Cooper is on the brink of extinction and a married couple fight for an unethical fertility treatment at Oceanside Wellness.

2 - In Which Sam Receives an Unexpected Visitor

Two couple are involved in an unfortunate baby switch, and the doctors must handle and solve it. Sam treats a client that may upset Naomi. A grandmother goes to extreme lengths to stop her son killing himself with alcohol, but her plan backfires.

3 - Playing God

The man responsible for killing Dell and endangering Mayas life comes to the clinic with a heart condition; news of Addisons new romance is not received well.

3 - Right Here, Right Now

Miranda Bailey brings a kidney transplant patient to Los Angeles, and Addison and especially Sam is pleased to see her. Addisons consequences of her emotional affair with Noah catch up with her. Sheldon and Pete finally discover who the father of Violets baby.

3 - Nothing to Talk About

Charlotte tries to tempt Addison to come to St. Ambrose Hospital by promising her surgeries; Sam doubts his ability to save Oceanside Wellness from financial ruin; Petes firefighter patient suffers an unusual form of post-traumatic stress disorder.

3 - In Which Addison Finds the Magic

Addison and Pete treat a recently married couple who are having sexual problems. Cooper is trying to figure out why four siblings are all suffering from the same mysterious illness. Maya tells Naomi shes been hoping her and Sam would divorce since she was in the third grade. Meanwhile, Violet is trying to convince a patient to leave her husband, even though, she is having trouble letting go of her ex-boyfriend who is now married.

4 - A Better Place to Be

Emotions are stirred up at the practice when Dells daughter arrives; a pregnant woman experiences chronic pain.

4 - Pushing the Limits

Addison, Sam and Cooper treat the sick child of a homeless teen mother they met while volunteering. Meanwhile Violet has trouble relating to her baby when her feelings about her attack resurface during counseling of a rape victim who is now pregnant, and Coopers financial woes catch up with him when hes asked to help buy out Naomis share of the practice.

4 - Past Tense

Sam and Naomi are against each other to lead the practice with unexpected results. Addison treats a girl trying to hide her past while Cooper has a dilemma of his own affecting his professional career.

4 - In Which Addison Has a Very Casual Get-Together

Sylvie, a 60-year-old who is going condo-hunting with her boyfriend, is worried that he may only be with her for her cooking. An injured soccer player named Michael is brought in by his coach. After some analyzation, Michael reveals that he thinks he is gay, but doesnt want to tell his homophobic father. Catherine, the mother of a teenager, worries when her daughter wont get out of bed or eat. After the daughter runs away, Catherine tries to track her down. Brian, a 12-year-old, punches a teen for kissing his girlfriend. Later, the teen goes missing. A mother of a toddler goes to a lawyer when she thinks the cops are after her as they believe she knows where her husband is. When a boy asks his parents to fund him to go to rehab - his mothers dismay. A man that cant stop his hands from shaking comes in, and the doctors figure out whats wrong with him.

5 - In or Out

Addison butts heads with a new oncologist (Cristian de la Fuente) while treating a newborn with a malignant tumor; Pete is uncomfortable when Violet tries to help a parolee.

5 - Strange Bedfellows

Katie Kent is apprehended and on trial. Violet is asked to testify against her attacker, but she struggles with whether or not she can face her attacker in court. Meanwhile a serious complication threatens the fetuses of two of Naomis former patients and Charlotte is determined to convince Addison, Sam and Cooper to let her join Oceanside Wellness Group.

5 - Let It Go

Addison tries to fix the financial troubles at Oceanside Wellness, but ends up doing more harm than good. Meanwhile, Violets friend asks her to break the law to help her while Maya hopes that Sam and Naomi are getting back together for good.

5 - In Which Addison Finds a Showerhead

Watch Video A flirting patient named Andrea causes a male nurse to feel uncomfortable, even though he feels the connection. Later, the same male nurse must treat a woman who is not at all pleased by the fact that shes being treated by a man. He also helps treat a runner named Nicole. A very young girl drops by the clinic because she thinks she may have an STD.

6 - All in the Family

Sam and Addison disagree over the treatment of a comatose patient who becomes pregnant; Charlotte and Pete face an ethical dilemma when a patient with HIV is in a serious car accident.

6 - Slip Slidin' Away

The doctors venture into controversial territory when an unexpected new hire at Pacific Wellcare causes Naomi to struggle with the idea of genetically designing babies and Violet makes a sudden decision to try electric shock therapy on a patient. Meanwhile Addison somehow finds herself alone and with a cat.

6 - Serving Two Masters

Addison treats two pregnant women who unwittingly share the same husband; Violet confronts Charlotte about her liaison with Cooper; Dell reveals a special woman in his life.

6 - In Which Charlotte Goes Down the Rabbit Hole

Pete treats Charlottes insomnia, Naomi goes on her first date since college and a patient asks Addison to conceal her fertility from her husband.

7 - Did You Hear What Happened to Charlotte King?

Pete finds Charlotte bloodied and bruised in the halls of the hospital, but only Addison learns the full extent of her injuries.

7 - The Hard Part

Addison and Sam go for a hike in Malibu, they come across an expecting couple trapped in their car after an accident, they then perform urgent field care. Charlotte, Cooper and Violet treat a newlywed who, on his wedding night has taken too much Viagra. Pete and Sheldon go out to a bar together and end up falling for the same girl.

7 - In Which Sam Gets Taken for a Ride

Sam gets called to a convenience store were he ends up delivering the child of the woman who tried to rob the store. Addison and Naomi treat a patient who doesnt want her little boy because her husband goofs off with their other three boys too much. Addison and Pete treat a patient whose husband died

7 - Tempting Faith

Addisons brother makes a surprise visit, causing trouble for her, Sam and Naomi; Meg comes back to try and make it work with Pete; a patient accused of a crime angers Violet and Dell.

8 - What Happens Next?

Charlotte suffers in silence after the assault; Addison tries to keep that nights events a secret.

8 - Sins of the Father

While Addison deals with the unwelcome arrival of her father, Cooper is arrested because he refused to cooperate in a case involving a longtime patient. Meanwhile, Pete will stop at nothing to keep a terminally ill patient alive for as long as it takes for him to meet his new daughter.

8 - Crime and Punishment

Addison and Charlotte fight to save the lives of a woman in a coma and her unborn child; members of the Oceanside staff clash with Meg; when a patient is suspected of murdering his wife, Violet seeks Kevins advice.

8 - In Which Cooper Finds a Port In His Storm

Cooper returns to the online dating game with surprising results, Addison goes on a date with one of Violets patients, and Naomi and Sam make a house call at a convent.

9 - Can't Find My Way Back Home

Despite how Charlotte is choosing to deal with the aftermath of her sexual assault, her fellow doctors think they know whats best, teaming up to pursue criminal charges against her attacker. Pete gets a surprise visitor, his estranged brother, who has come to ask Pete to help release their sick mother from prison.

9 - The Parent Trap

Addison performs a complex utero surgery, proving not only her talents to her father but giving them some common ground. Sam and Naomi deal with have a family crisis when they discover Maya is growing up way too fast. Violet does the unthinkable.

9 - Know When to Fold

Pacific Wellcare, Charlottes practice opens, and the competition with Oceanside Wellness starts; Dell suggests that an in-house adoption program should be created.

9 - In Which Dell Finds His Fight

The oceanside wellness center takes on the fertility of one of its previous couples, Addison is conflicted about her status in the dating world and Cooper begins a secret affair.

10 - Just Lose It

Cooper is outraged when he gets bad news about Charlottes sexual assault case.

An explosion at Dells house lands Betsey and Heather in the hospital. everyone is pushed to the limit in trying to save their lives.

10 - Worlds Apart

Meg returns to Los Angeles and notices that Violet and Pete have grown closer; Kevin questions where he and Addison are headed as a couple; Cooper treats a young boy with a mysterious past.

11 - If You Don't Know Me By Now

Addisons mother, Bizzy, aggressively demands her daughter do whatever it takes to save her partner from dying - including working with Dr. Rodriguez once again. Meanwhile Amelia and Petes medical consultation is complicated when a patients wife and his mistress disagree on the course of treatment, Charlotte and Cooper try to be intimate with each other again, and Violet considers publishing a personally-revealing book shes written.

11 - Another Second Chance

Desperate to help his pregnant daughter, Mark (Eric Dane) follows Addison back to Oceanside Wellness, Dell and Naomi struggle to raise their children under the same roof, and Violet and Cooper heatedly disagree on how to treat a patient on.

11 - Contamination

When Coopers patient contracts measles, everyone at Oceanside Wellness must be quarantined. Meanwhile, Naomi tries to talk Addison into working with her rival, Wyatt; Violet and Pete contemplate their friends-with-benefits relationship; and Dell fights for custody of his daughter.

12 - Heaven Can Wait

Addison plans Bizzy and Susans wedding while trying to keep her distance from the overly flirtatious Dr. Rodriquez. Sam is concerned about the care his longtime patient is receiving, and Sheldon refers Charlotte to his mentor and friend for psychiatric help.

12 - Best Laid Plans

Maya shocks Sam and Naomi, while Pete and Fife disagree on patient care.

12 - Homeward Bound

With her relationship with Kevin on the rocks, Addison finds herself attracted to Wyatt. Violet looks for a way to have a relationship with both Pete and Sheldon. Meanwhile, Cooper and Charlotte become closer after a family emergency.

13 - Blind Love

Charlottes attacker, Lee Henry, arrives at St. Ambrose Hospital, injured by his girlfriend and in need of urgent care, and Sam and Charlotte must decide whether or not to save his life. Meanwhile, Susans health takes a turn for the worse, and Addisons mother, Bizzy, begs her daughter to do everything in her power to help.

13 - Shotgun

Addison and Cooper are counseling a couple who must pick a child to save with their newborns cord blood. Meanwhile Dink wants to marry Maya.

13 - Nothing to Fear

Violet discovers shes pregnant, but is unsure which of the men in her life is the father of the child. Addison deals with her guilt for kissing Wyatt. Meanwhile, Charlotte proposes to Cooper.

14 - Home Again

After tragedy strikes the Montgomery family, Addison goes home to Connecticut and Sam and her friends decide to join her. Meanwhile, Sheldon and Violet clash when Sheldons death row patient confesses to a crime that his wife, one of Violets patients, believes he didnt commit.

14 - Love Bites

When Naomi refuses to help plan Mayas wedding, Sam convinces Violet to help her. Meanwhile the tension between Addison and Sam deepens when they treat a suicidal patient and Cooper and Pete treat a girl with a questionable bite mark.

14 - Second Chances

Addisons brother, Archer, moves to Los Angeles to work at Pacific Wellcare; Cooper encourages Violet to discuss her pregnancy with Pete and Sheldon.

15 - Two Steps Back

Charlotte and Cooper look to forgive each other after revealing secrets during couples therapy, Violet seeks the forgiveness and approval of her fellow doctors after they learn her novel-in-progress will make all of their personal lives public, Sheldon treats a patient who claims to have multiple personality disorder, and Sam and Naomi team up on a case involving a pregnant teen with Downs Syndrome.

15 - 'Til Death Do Us Part

Its Mayas wedding day and while Violet helps Sam prepare, a furious Naomi still refuses to take part as she works with Addison and Pete to save a premature baby. Meanwhile, Cooper becomes suspicious of Charlottes new boyfriend and thinks that he may be abusing drugs.

15 - Acceptance

When Archer has a severe seizure, Addison and Naomi use every resource possible to determine the cause and a cure; Violet tells Pete and Sheldon that she is pregnant; Cooper cares for an abandoned patient.

16 - Love and Lies

A couple wants to harvest eggs from their unborn child who is not going to survive, and the doctors cannot agree what the right path is; meanwhile, Amelia tries to comfort a friend while waiting for test results for Huntingtons disease.

16 - Fear of Flying

Things get too close for comfort when Addison, Pete and Sam must come together on a complicated case involving a dad-to-be who comes down with tuberculosis and threatens the future of his new family. Meanwhile, with Violet still gone on her Costa Rican escape, Sheldon takes over helping one of her patients, Natasha, to get over her crippling fear of flying, and Naomi finds herself in a bit of a love triangle of her own.

16 - Ex-Life

Derek asks Addison to work with his pregnant patient while Archer recuperates from surgery; Bailey and Naomi work together to find the cause of Sams sudden asthma attack; Cooper, Violet and Pete treat a woman with postpartum depression.

17 - A Step Too Far

Violets book launch party has finally arrived but Sheldon finds himself attracted to the doctor who criticized her book. A surrogate under Addison and Petes care is caught in a complicated love triangle. Cooper and Sam must convince a family that their sons health must take a priority over his sports career.

17 - Triangles

When Addisons patient and the life of the three unborn babies she is carrying as a surrogate hang in the balance, Sams new girlfriend, Vanessa, and Addison are sharply divided on the course of treatment. Meanwhile Cooper seeks Sheldons help with a young patient, but their personal quarrels over Charlotte get in the way, and Naomi has a dilemma of her own between William and an unexpectedly charming Dr. Fife.

17 - Wait and See

Addison suspects that Archer is up to his old tricks; a patients child is born with male and female reproductive organs; Violet and Sheldon co-lead a therapy group for couples.

18 - The Hardest Part

Pete suspects that his brother Adam may be responsible for their mothers illness. Meanwhile, Violet discovers quite by chance that Sheldon is dating Marla Phillips, the doctor who panned her book, and who Violet considers as her archenemy. Coopers patient is a musical prodigy with a debilitating brain tumor.

18 - Pulling the Plug

A husbands decision to pull the plug on his pregnant wife is overruled by a judge, forcing the hospital to keep her on life support until the fetuses she is carrying as a surrogate are able to survive. Meanwhile, Naomi feels betrayed after learning of Sam and Addisons feelings for one another, and she turns to Dr. Fife for support while William is away on business. And unable to cope with the tension, Addison takes the day off with Pete and Lucas.

18 - Finishing

Addison flirts with a colleague at St. Ambrose Hospital; Sheldon and Pete try to convince Violet to take a paternity test; Sam accidentally calls Sonya by the wrong name.

19 - What We Have Here...

Katie threatens to take legal action against Violet for breach of confidentiality, and although Violet feels that she hasnt done anything wrong, she soon realizes shell have to defend her actions to more people than just Katie. Meanwhile, Cooper suspects that Charlotte may be hiding some lingering feelings for ex-husband Billy, only to find out that Billy has been hiding some feelings of his own.

19 - Eyes Wide Open

When famed neurosurgeon Dr. Ginsberg and her team pay a visit to St. Ambrose to save the life of Kayla, Addison is shocked to see Amelia Shepherd - Dereks younger sister on the team. But Amelias presence causes strife between Addison, Sam and Pete when she claims she can save Kaylas life after Dr. Ginsberg declares nothing can be done. Meanwhile Charlotte seeks from Coopers with a sex education seminar for the elderly that only leads to more tension between the two, as they try to figure out how to work together.

19 - What Women Want

A disturbed pregnant patient has lost her baby, and Violet must convince her that her baby needs surgery. Meanwhile, Cooper must tell a patient he needs part of his jaw removed due to a fast-growing cancer. Dell must cope with his daughters absence when his ex has to move for a new job Sam and Addison must hold back their feelings for two unattainable people.

20 - Something Old, Something New

The day has arrived for Cooper and Charlotte to marry, but not everyone is in a celebratory mood, leading the couple to second-guess their wedding plans. Meanwhile, the doctors of Oceanside Wellness are torn between the future of their practice and protecting one of their own, as an investigator is sent to question them about Violets breach of confidentiality case.

20 - Second Choices

After her open-ended escape to Costa Rica, Violet has finally returned home and to the practice. Everyone treads a little lightly around her, especially Pete and Addison who have mixed feelings about Violets desire to reconnect with Lucas. Meanwhile Amelia butts into Sams personal life, pointing out that he can mend hearts in the OR but cant seem to do that for himself; and Sheldon encourages Charlotte to reconcile with Cooper, while Cooper deals with a young patient who eats everything in sight.

20 - Do the Right Thing

Cooper struggles with the mother of a patient after learning she allows the 12-year old to be sexually active. Violet is jealous after Pete begins dating a patients mom. Meanwhile, Sam is scheduled to testify at a colleagues trial for malpractice; and Addison continues to fight her romantic feelings for Noah.

21 - God Bless the Child

When Betsey returns to the ER for a second visit, the concerned Oceanside doctors start investigating the foster family. Amelia struggles to stay sober while Naomi announces a life changing decision affecting her family.

21 - War

After Violet files for joint custody of Lucas, an embittered Pete voraciously fights back by hiring a tough attorney for the trial, forcing their fellow friends and co-workers to choose sides and have their personal lives dragged onto the stand and into the public eye.

21 - What You Do for Love

Addison sends a pregnant woman to St. Ambrose for help from Noah after she experiences heart complications. Meanwhile, Sam begins to rethink his friendship with Naomi; Pete and Lisas relationship becomes increasingly complex; and Sheldon takes a stand.

22 - ...And to Change the Things I Can

The fate of Oceanside Wellness is on the line as the doctors decide if its time to dissolve the practice. Addisons new admirer makes an enticing offer and things hit close to home for Charlotte with her latest case.

22 - In the Name of Love

Naomi begs Fife to use his still experimental treatment to help Williams advanced ALS. Violet and Amelia treat a woman with a brain tumor, while Sheldon decides to vie for Charlottes affections.

22 - Yours, Mine and Ours

As Violoet chooses between Pete and Sheldon, she must also deal wtih a grief-stricken patient. Meanwhile, Dell worries about his daughter when Heather returns to town and Naomi debates moving to Pacific Wellcare.

23 - The End of a Beautiful Friendship

Maya and her unborn baby are fighting for their lives on the operating table, and Addison, Amelia and Fife try everything humanly possible to save them. Meanwhile, Sam operates on an incoming crash victim and later makes a grim discovery; Cooper makes an ill-timed but valiant effort with Charlotte, and the staffs world gets rocked by an unexpected death.
