1 - Do You Love An Apple

Its been a few months of relative peace, but all thats about to change when Sunny Barnes and her family set up Sunny Day Excursions just outside of town. Cassie is called in to investigate a missing backpacker. Beau and Jenny track a murderer.

1 - Wakey, Wakey

After Ronalds escape, Cassie distracts herself with work. Jenny, recovering from her near-death experience, decides to take Sheriff Tubb up on his offer for her to rejoin the force. Ronald is wrapped up in something he cant get out of.

1 - Pilot

While on a road trip to visit her boyfriend in Montana, Danielle Sullivan and her sister Grace are kidnapped by a truck driver on a remote part of the highway, setting off a chain of events that leads private detectives Cody Hoyt and Cassie Dewell to team up with Codys estranged wife and ex-cop, Jenny Hoyt, to search for the sisters. But when the investigators discover these are not the only girls who have disappeared in the area, its clear theyve stumbled onto something much bigger than them all.

2 - The Woods Are Lovely, Dark and Deep

When disgruntled realtor Tonya calls the police on a squatter living in one of her homes, Jenny arrives only to discover a shocking connection to her past tied to the case. Cassie and Beau work to track the still-missing backpacker. Beaus daughter Emily takes a campground investigation dangerously into her own hands, but has she stumbled upon a story far more nefarious than she could have imagined?

2 - Huckleberry

Cassie takes on a missing person case brought in by a concerned girlfriend. Jenny continues to search for clues relating to the mysterious truck accident. Max, Harper, Madison and Bridger are at odds over stolen money.

2 - Nowhere to Run

Forced to form an unlikely team, Cassie and Jenny set out to continue the search for the missing girls. Meanwhile, Danielle, Grace and Jerrie get to work on planning their escape, leading Legarski to struggle with the consequences of his actions as a distracted Ronald deals with a difficult relationship with his mother.

3 - You Have to Play Along

Jenny and Cassie sit down with Tubb, who reveals a case that goes far beyond their jurisdiction. Cassie and Jenny kick their search for Tanya into high gear.

3 - The Big Rick

Still on the search for the missing girls, Cassie grows more suspicious of Legarski after a threatening conversation between the two. Meanwhile, Grace manages to make headway on the girls quest for freedom. Merilee pleads with Legarski to open up emotionally before its too late, and Helen finally confronts Ronald about his increasingly strange behavior.

4 - Gettin' Right to It

Cassie and Jerrie search a development site and run into someone unexpected. Meanwhile, Wolf believes he is making progress with Ronald, and Deputy Harvey comes face-to face with Bridger.

4 - Unfinished Business

Unsatisfied with the investigation now that the girls disappearance has made headlines, Cassie and Jenny take things into their own hands, tapping into their individual strengths to make headway in the case. Meanwhile, Legarski attempts to keep cool, but Ronald takes a different approach to protect himself. Still captive, Danielle and Jerrie tend to Grace, who makes a painful decision in an attempt to save them all.

5 - Mother Nurture

Cassie and Jenny struggle to dodge Donnos attacks and the kids attempt to save Bridger as Ren is forced to figure out what happened to her plan. Meanwhile, change is in the air when Ronald seemingly experiences a breakthrough and Jerrie receives an unwelcome visitor from her past. Later, Jennys unwillingness to drop a lead lands her in hot water with Travis and his not-so-forgiving bosses.

5 - A Good Day to Die

Jenny and Cassie feel as if theyre closing in on Legarski, but they are racing against the clock as he and Ronald are preparing to move the girls. Jerrie makes one last attempt to convince Ronald to let them go. Elsewhere, Cassie visits Merilee to question her about her husband and Ronald aggressively confronts his mother.

6 - Heart-shaped Charm

Cassie grows suspicious of Max after noticing her keychain matches one found nearby the crime scene and decides to confront her. Jenny and Travis get together to talk in secret, or so they think, as Smileys curiosity gets the best of him, and he follows Travis to the meetup. Later, to his dismay, Travis comes face to face with Ren and Donno who are determined to get answers out of him; and Lindor pays Wolf a visit.

6 - The Wolves Are Always Out for Blood

Jenny and Cassie officially team up to track down Ronald. Merilee struggles with the fact she didnt truly know her husband. Helen learns about her sons deeds.

7 - Little Boxes

Cassie and Jenny discover a gruesome message meant for Dietrich in their search to find Travis, leading them to fear the worst. Elsewhere, Tonya works to gain Donnos trust and Rens ear, and the kids hope to stay out of sight as they tend to Crearys injuries. Meanwhile, Cassie has an emotional breakthrough and Ronald and Scarlet work to break out

7 - I Fall to Pieces

Cassie and Jenny work against the clock to find Ronald and prove Legarskis guilt, calling on Grace to join their efforts and bravely help them in the process. Just when all the pieces start falling into place, Ronalds emotions get the best of him as he makes an unthinkable decision, even for him. Merilee plays an unwilling and life-changing role in turning the case on its head on.

8 - The End Has No End

Jenny and Cassie trade stories on recent run-ins with Tonya, leading Cassie to confront her about working for Ren. Having left the ranch—and Wolf—behind him, Ronald revels in his newfound freedom, but old habits threaten to derail his plans. Elsewhere, the kids receive advice from an unlikely source, Travis is finally honest with Jenny and, later, Cassie receives devastating news

8 - The End Is Near

Cassie and Jenny grow more suspicious of the circumstances with every visit to the hospital, while Ronald finds himself in a precarious situation thanks to a nosy paperboy. With his back against the wall, Ronald will have to address his inner demons and decide just how far is too far.

9 - Trust Issues

Reeling from the emotional news of Josephs death, Jenny and Cassie desperately search for answers. After Bridger and Madison receive a threatening call from Ren, Max and Rachel take matters into their own hands, frantically deciding to confide in Jenny about the drugs and money. Elsewhere, Dietrich becomes hellbent on revenge following his discovery of Travis betrayal; and Wolf and Agatha attempt to protect Phoebe, but thanks to Ronald, all does not go according to plan

9 - Let It Be Him

While knocking on doors and searching for clues, Cassie unexpectedly comes face-to-face with Ronald, which puts her in danger and triggers her memory from the pairs prior meeting. Elsewhere, not feeling like she can trust her husband, Merilee makes a life-changing decision that puts both her and Ricks fates into her own hands.

10 - Happy Thoughts

Ren intervenes with Jennys plan to bring Jag into custody, while Ronald and Scarlett work together to find safety in a new environment. Then, Cassie and Lindor discover the aftermath at the ranch and reluctantly join forces with a familiar face. Later, Jag and Ren, anxiously awaiting their fathers visit, find themselves at odds about how to deal with the problem of Josephs ranch; but will the pressure of impressing him lead them down a familiar (and dangerous) path?

10 - Catastrophic Thinking

Three months after Ronalds escape, Cassie and Jenny have officially partnered up to take down a fresh slew of troublemakers, but all isnt coming up roses; Ronald is still on the loose, a domestic case takes a macabre and deadly turn, and a U.S. Marshall is sticking his nose in their case files. Right as the women of Dewell & Hoyt seem to be getting used to the new normal, Jenny gets an alarming call from an old flame; leading her and Cassie headfirst into a new case, a new jurisdiction and a whole lot of new trouble. Its time to meet the Kleinsassers.

11 - Do No Harm

Situations turn dire all over town as Jenny races to find a missing Max and Rachel. Cassie and Lindor are forced to accept the help of a badly injured Wolf, and Ronalds injuries begin to get the better of him. Meanwhile, the Bhullar family has finally reunited, but the mysterious arrival of her father has escalated Ren and Jag to a whole new level of sibling rivalry

11 - All Kinds of Snakes

Right as the women of Dewell and Hoyt seem to be getting used to the new normal, Jenny gets an alarming call from an old flame; leading her and Cassie headfirst into a new case, a new jurisdiction and a whole lot of new trouble. Its time to meet the Kleinsassers.

12 - A Good Boy

Determined to save Max and Rachel, Jenny reluctantly partners with T-lock but quickly learns not everyone deserves her trust. Meanwhile, with Cassie and Lindor close on their trail, Scarlett prepares to do whatever it takes to keep her and Ronald safe. Later, realizing their father has not laid all cards on the table, Ren and Jag form an unexpected alliance to uncover the truth.

12 - No Better Than Dogs

Cassie and Jenny each face a dangerous attempt to run them out of town while Jerrie has a close encounter with a dangerous threat of her own. Back at the ranch, Blake returns home, where he receives anything but a warm welcome. This aint your typical family reunion.

13 - The Shipping News

The kids may be free from the trouble they caused, but the Bhullars reign continues as Jenny finds herself frustratingly stuck one step behind their crews every move and Travis struggles to maintain the balancing act of his two lives. Elsewhere, Cassie reels from her final interaction with Ronald and decides to take some time off; meanwhile, the syndicate bares its teeth at Wolf.

13 - White Lion

Cassie and Jenny hear that a body has been discovered on the Kleinsasser ranch and, fearing the worst, Jenny takes the investigation up a notch, but the Kleinsassers have a plan of their own. Meanwhile, Cassie teams up with Lindor to follow a hot lead on Ronald, who, suspicious that his whereabouts have been revealed, decides to do some damage control—or perhaps just damage.

14 - Dead Man's Float

As Jenny urgently attempts to prove the Bhullars are involved in the drug-related death of a teenager, her suspicions about Travis continue to grow, putting their relationship on thin ice. Meanwhile, Veer discloses the real reason behind his visit to Montana, and a surprise visitor resurfaces strong feelings from Lindors past.

14 - Nice Animals

Cassie, Jenny, Jerrie and Lindor work to get things back on track when the motel is reduced to rubble and both the Kleinsasser and Ronald cases not doing much better. At the ranch, Cheyenne seizes an opportunity to shift the family power dynamic in her favor and all it will take is the truth.

15 - The Muffin or the Hammer

With her life on the line, Jenny makes a violent decision that puts a Bhullar target on her back; but as she closes in on the family, Veer questions his childrens ability to lead and makes a major personnel decision that will change everything. Meanwhile, a grieving father tears up the town over his sons death; and Cassie returns, ready for a fresh start, considering just how Lindor might factor into it.

15 - Bitter Roots

When Scarlet gets an alarming call that her sister is missing, Ronald realizes just how twisted his situation has become and must decide his next move. Meanwhile, Cassie, Jenny, Gil and Rosie find themselves in a whole mess of trouble on the ranch, forced to face off against the worst of the Kleinsasser bunch. But this team is tough and even the strongest family trees can fall.

16 - Keys to the Kingdom

Relationships are put to the test all over town as Jenny senses something is off with Travis; Ren and Jags suspicions of their father and Alicia grow; and Cassie, Jerrie and Lindor find themselves at a crossroads.

16 - Love Is a Strange and Dangerous Thing

Cassie and Jenny leave the Kleinsasser women to forge their own path, ridding themselves of their ranch troubles and heading back home. Along with Jerrie and Lindor, they finally get to see Ronald behind bars, though he quickly strips them of any satisfaction by leading them on a wild goose chase, straight into the arms of the syndicate. A brutal battle ensues, clearing a path for Scarlet and Ronald to escape, but while they run off into the sunset Jenny risks her life to save Cassies. Is this the end for our dynamic duo? Only time will tell.

17 - Family Matters

A concerned Jenny searches for Travis while Scarlett, desperate to protect her daughter, Phoebe, makes an unexpected phone call that could change the course of more than one life. Elsewhere, tensions rise at the Bhullar ranch when Jag finds out the truth about his father and Travis identity is revealed, leading Alicia to advise Veer it may be time to step down.

18 - Catch a Few Fish

Jenny works to find Travis before he reaches a dangerous point of no return. Ren and Jag find a new familial bond and decide how to handle their father now that hes crossed a serious line. Cassie changes the course of her quest for justice forever.
