Steely Dans Stand, The Lovers, has entered Josephs brain. Dan puts himself at an advantage, with having Josephs life on the line, and tells Jotaro to do various things for him, knowing Jotaro has no choice but to obey. Meanwhile, Kakyoin and Polnareff also enter Josephs brain with their Stands and find the Stand that is using brain cells as food.
