Sinopse:
A história gira em torno do garoto Sora e da garota Shiro, dois irmãos que carregam a reputação de serem NEETs brilhantes. Os dois hikikomoris são gamers conhecidos por toda a internet pelos seus feitos brilhantes, enquanto encaram a vida real apenas como um jogo chato e defeituoso. Bem, um dia eles são convidados por um garoto chamado de Deus para uma espécie de mundo alternativo onde tudo é decidido na base dos jogos: aqueles que vencem recebem a propriedade de tudo e com isso a humanidade estará livre de guerras, mas próxima do colapso. Agora resta saber se Sora e Shiro serão capazes de vencer esse jogo também para evitar que o mundo acabe.

1 - Beginner
Sora and Shiro are unemployed and never leave their house, but on the net, theyre known as Blank, an invincible team of gamers. One day, these siblings are visited by a boy named Tet, who calls himself god. Tet summons them to a world where all war is banned, and everything is decided by games.
2 - Challenger
Sora and Shiro have been abandoned in another world by Tet. In this world all war is forbidden, and everything is determined by games whose rules are determined by the Ten Pledges that Tet established. They find themselves in the country of humanity, the weakest of the 16 races in this new world.
3 - Expert
A girl named Clamy has won the right to be the next king of Elukia by her overwhelming good luck. Steph lost to her and loses the chance to become the next ruler. Just as she defeats the last challenger, however, Sora and Shiro interrupt her.
4 - Grandmaster
The game Clamy challenged them to wasnt normal chess. Shiro is a chess master, but even she is helpless against Clamis assault. But when Shiro understands the real rules of the game, things begind to turn around. The battle to determine the king of Elukia, and all of humanity, finally reaches its end.
5 - Weak Square
Sora and Shiro leave the running of the country to Steph and spend every day playing video games. Stephs hope that they would become not only the saviors of Elukia, but all of humanity, crumbles away.
6 - Interesting
The siblings confront Jibril, a member of the Flügel race to reclaim the royal library in a game of Shiritori.
7 - Sacrifice
Intending to challenge the Werebeasts, the siblings discover that its hard to come with a strategy to defeat the latter, as all memories regarding the games are erased from their challengers, until Stephanie entrusts Sora a key left by the former king, leading to his secret research on how to outwit them.
8 - Fake End
Sora, Shiro, Steph and Jibril devise a risky plan with even riskier stakes, making their way to the Warbeast embassy to challenge them.
9 - Sky Walk
Foul play is suspected when Sora is nowhere to be found after Shiro wakes up, spurring him to action.
10 - Blue Rose
Sora, Shiro and the rest prepare themselves for a game with the Warbeasts through trust exercises and cunning strategy. The stakes are high, but Sora, as always, has a plan.
11 - Killing Giant
Izuna, though powerful, has been matched in gameplay. This first person shooter will test their limits in virtual space. As tensions flare, friendly fire becomes imminent.
12 - Rule Number 10
While Izunas abilities seemingly defy physics, Sora and Shiro make potentially futile attempts to amp up their game.
